Creating Affiliate Accounts on High Performance Systems
If you are a non-IU researcher who will be using IU's research systems, then the following procedure must be followed:
- The affiliate's IU faculty sponsor will go to https://itaccounts.iu.edu and submit an affiliate account request.
- Both affiliate, and sponsor will be notified when the affiliate account has been created.
- Upon notification, the affiliate will generate an IU network ID at https://itaccounts.iu.edu/ logging in as an IU Affiliate
- After the affiliate has created an IU network ID, they will go to the Research Systems Account Application and request the specific research system accounts that will be used.
