TotalView will help you to visualize and debug parallel programs.
You just include the debug switch when you compile, then invoke your program with appropriate debugger options.
TotalView is currently available on
AVIDD and the
Research SP.

Note regarding Totalview licences
The current TotalView IU license is for up to 32 processes and limited to two simultaneous users
across all
platforms: IBM SP, AVIDD Intel Cluster and departmental systems
(except Intel-IA64 linux, a separate license for one user at a time is
available for Intel-IA64 linux avidd-i64 and departmental systems).
