Ready, Set, Robots! Camp

Ready, Set, Robots! introduces teens to technology-related fields and concepts including computer programming, high performance computing, and networking. Participants (grades 7-12) program LEGO® Mindstorm® robots for a mission to "Mars." Camps take place June 4-5, June 25-26, and July 16-17 2015.

Indiana high school students with an interest in computer technology, programming or networking worked alongside IU technology professionals to program their own robots during the Pervasive Technology Institute's Fun, Sun and Robots! Summer Technology Workshop.

E.T.H.O.S. - Ethical Technologies in the Homes of Seniors

The ETHOS team develops and tests new technologies designed to keep seniors safe in their homes and connected to caregivers, while giving special attention to issues of ethics and privacy related to the use of these technologies.

M.E.A.P. Minority Engineering Advancement Program

The Minority Engineering Advancement Program (M.E.A.P) is a a summer workshop for children grades 6 through 12.  MEAP provides an opportunity for students that are interested in math and science to explore educational and career paths for engineering and technology fields. Students have fun while being introduced to many university and industry areas and participating in hands-on projects and activities.  The workshop is designed for students that are underrepresented in engineering and technology careers.
