Additional tools provided with DB2 for use with CLSD
DB2 also provides several special ancillary functions that may be used within SQL commands processing CLSD data:
- a set of functions supporting pattern matching, such as LSPatternMatch and LSPrositePattern, and
- a set of functions for federated access of KEGG data sources.
The pattern matching functions are currently available and the KEGG functions are available upon request.
